Hi. I have recently experienced BSOD twice with an error code: Not found (404). 0x80190194 (-2145844844 HTTP_E_STATUS_NOT_FOUND). When I looked at my event viewer, the same event ID 86 was present the night I bought the laptop as it was being set up at the shop. I have read support threads on the same error code but I can't understand what needs to be done. I'm afraid that it may happen more in the future. Has anyone experienced this as well? May I know what's your workaround? Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi NMBSN,

    1. Try to get the BIOS page.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

Can you take a picture of the BSOD? There is often hints there in the fine print as to what caused the failure.

Hi. Thank you for responding! I will try to take a picture of the BSOD if it reoccurs and post it. I didn't catch it the last time because the laptop restarted immediately. I asked the same question with a bit more details about what happened in another thread: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/633066/swift-3x-sf314-510g-blue-screen-problem.

I haven't figured out how to edit or delete this first thread.
