Make sure that you're running the intel driver version from acer's website (https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/8619?b=1) and NOT the newer version offered by windows update (the newer version causes frequent bluescreens). The intel driver versions that you want are:27.20.100.8439 (for the integrated gpu)27.20.100.8845 (for the dedicated gpu)

That keyword doesn't really tell the problem. In event viewer, go to windows logs, system. On the right side, click on filter current log, tick error and critical.Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.

Yes, BlueScreenView is just a utility to look at the dump files a BSOD creates. It doesn't change anything on your system.

It happened again... And now, I was able to take a picture. I'm looking through threads that have similar problem.

This appears to be a universal problem - the "updated" Intel drivers just don't work with the Swift 3X
Windows Update automatically updating the graphics drivers to something that causes frequent catastrophic system crashes is obviously a MAJOR problem, and I trust ACER will resolve this rapidly with updated drivers. Appreciating the underlying cause and then doing the whole "roll back" driver thing is a pain in the a**, and even as an experienced Windows user took me over a week to resolve. This is a bad customer experience for somebody who has just switched camps from Lenovo.
ACER appears to have addressed concerns about hardware quality control over recent years, and I'm keen to support Taiwanese manufacturers, but the onus is now on them to prove they can also provide good support on the driver/software side. ACER have a great product at a good price point - they now need to demonstrate they have a commitment to after-sales support to grow their reputation & market share.
As a ground-breaking product for XE MAX, Intel should be keen to come to the party on this as well.1 -

The other option for using that newer version of Intel's drivers is to display the Intel audio devices. That has always worked with mine.

I think I might've stumbled across something of a "solution" for people still experiencing crashing in-game with stock ACER drivers.
For running games RIGHT NOW on the Swift 3X, DO NOT run an external display via USB C.
With USB C external display connected, the left hand deck was hot++, despite using cooling pad and XE MAX temps supposedly not getting above 60ish degrees.
Just now, on a whim, tried pulling out the USB connector, and (a) deck much less hot, and (b) no crashing out on limited testing so far (with stock ACER video drivers).
Perhaps running a high intensity task on XE MAX plus low intensity on XE (second display) just doesn't work out at this point in the driver evolution

I want to ask about the BSOD Problem. If i buy swift 3x, Is it still occure now? Or acer has already update the driver?
