Now run cpu+gpu on something like aida64. Monitor temps on all cores and the gpu.0

i guess all is fine0 -
Gpu Looks fine as well0 -
No i meant in the first image you sent tick both the cpu and gpu only then click start.0

i rly dunno wht to do else .. the system does not overheat now at all ,still shuts down doing intense gaming .0 -
Run heaven for about an hour and see if it crashes. If it doesn't,Run heaven benchmark and the stress test for cpu alone from aida64. If it crashes, disable cpu turbo boost.0

turbo boost is off always . and i did run heaven for 30 mins didnt crash .0

yes i did .0

It didn't crash even then? If it didn't then does it crash in all the games you play?0

ok here is my full analytics -------> doing a heavy stress test on cpu alone or gpu alone or both using a bunch of software's the result is one ( NO SHUTDOWN ) . However only intense games i play like cyberpunk 2077 , dota 2 , COD .... will do the job to shutdown the darn laptop . playing other easy on the system games like slay the spire or this war of mine etc .. wont shutdown the system . before the shutdown the battery is fully charged because i always play plugged in , after it shutsdown the battery drain out to 2% . and i cannot find a battery replacement where i live . so i ordered one online hoping it is a battery --> power related issue .0

It very well could be the battery but make sure you buy an original one which is for your laptop. Best would be to take it to an acer centre and order a battery from there.0
