It doesn't shut down during stress tests.

I think there is a problem with ur gpu. Did it crash in userbenchmark when the plane thing came up?

Not the plane thing but a bit later with the reflecting ball thing, i updated the drivers of my gpu already.

Have you stress tested the gpu with something like aida64? When does it crash in heaven benchmark?

I haven't tried with aida64, with heaven it crashes after a few seconds after it starts. the temps stay around 50-60 max. On battery (not plugged in) it lasts a lot longer for almost 30 seconds but then crashes in heaven bench. On battery i can fully complete userbenchmark. I thought is had maybe something to do with it pulling to much power or something?

Do you see anything distinct when it crashes(like weird colours)? Does your laptop shut down or the application alone closes? Do you get any errors also check event viewer to see if anything is causing this.

When my laptop crashes it completely shuts down without warning or error message. I checked event viewer but i couldnt find anything. How can i check if i have faulty ram?

There should be some error message in event viewer make sure u see each error message inside it. Is the shut down instant or there is some lag?

the shutdown is instant, i'm at school right now so my game laptop is at home. I will post a screenshot of the event viewer when i get home. There is no lag, the laptop just instantly shuts down completely. sometimes there's also this loud click noise when is shuts down. I do want to thank you in advance for helping me! I really appreciate it!

I ran it again to be sure, and it ran for 20 min with no problems. It did not shut down at all. The second time I probably clicked the x or something

I wonder if you're having a spike in power draw during gaming that is causing the system to just shut off suddenly.

Download hwinfo and monitor ur gpu stats(memory clock, clock speed, power) while aida is running and heaven is running. Aida only gives mathematical calculations sorta things to stress the gpu whereas something like heaven will be a real graphics test. Before it crashes in heaven just see the stats.
