How do I fix not detecting microphone audio driver-Predator Helios 300 PH315-53-76HS

The microphone in my headset is not being detected by my Predator Helios 300  PH315-53-76HS. It only shows the microphone array which is the built0in mic in the laptop. How do I fix this?

    Your headset mic is combined with the internal mic under "mic array". Tap the headset mic to see if the signal meter jumps.

    It still uses the mic in my laptop, not the mic included in my headset. I'm using discord and it cannot detect my headset mic.

    its useless to complain, their support is lame, i have the same issue and all they say is that its probably a matter to reinstall windows, and after you reinstall windows they´ll say you need to reinstall again, over and over again until you give up and buy an external audio device to solve your problem.
