I have the same issue. See my earlier post titled "3000 P03-620. 6-pin ATX Power connector"
I measured voltage on the 6-pin plug and it looks like 2 x 12V on one side and 3 x Gnd on the other (use this info at your own risk!) so in theory a conversion cable could be made to go from the standard 24/20-pin ATX PSU connector to the Acer 6-pin - athough you would be wasting a lot of std ATX PSU functionality, namely output of 5V and 3V.  I am in contact with Seasonic who sell ATX12V PSUs and they have requested pictures of the Acer connectors/PSU but add that a lot of manufacturers now use bespoke PSU and connectors in which case they cannot  help :-(.   The good news, as stated in my earlier post is that I am running an RTX2080 OK with the std 500W PSU, although I suspect the CPU and/or GPU may be being power or current throttled.   As an aside, I recently installed a Noctua NH-L9x65 CPU cooler as my CPU was hitting 88C-99C running some racing sims with dynamic or ultra graphic settings!  I'm going to post details of the cooler mod on a new thread.
