locate grubx64.efi and delete it as root. Should be in EFI\boot\. After that you should be able to access the BIOS.Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.

Is there a way to fix this same issue on Windows? I tried installing Linux on dual boot (on a diferent SSD), but I screwed the Windows boot settings (blue screen). Probably shoudl've changed boot settings on Windows to "secure boot" before turning sata mode to ahci in BIOS. But the fact is that I can´t access BIOS now, even with alt+f10 settings and from recovery option from Windows (which should go straight up there). It just pops Acer logo just like fahmiirsyadk reported. Read this post (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/639132/stuck-on-acer-logo-when-i-press-f2-to-enter-bios-cant-enter-bios-nitro-5-an515-44) in which the problem is solved by downgrading BIOS, but I´ve never updated my BIOS. I have a Nitro AN 515-55, just like the one in this post. My last option will probably be turn off SSD. I can boot with a Linux flash drive (haven't tried with a Windows one).0

Hi @batmalin
I am having the same issue, but removing grubx64.efi doesn't work for me.
Here's the context so far:- I have Fedora 35 installed on the NVMe
- I installed and old SSD, also with Fedora 35
- The BIOS automatically chose the new SDD as the primary, and boots from there
- F2 during boot leaves me stuck forever on the green "Acer" logo
- alt+F10 doesn't work
- F12 works, and I can select the NVMe Fedora
- Removing /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grubx64.efi from the "old" Fedora breaks its boot process
- secure boot is turned off on the BIOS
- there is a BIOS password (I was forced to configure it when I disabled secure boot)

Well, I solved it -- the "hard" way, I guess.
I removed the SSD, and then BIOS became accessible once again. I then disabled FastBoot and, just to be sure, I also cleared BIOS Supervisor password. I then reinstalled the SSD, and now I can properly enter BIOS setup with F20 -
Hello,
I have for a while the same issue here on Acer AN515-55 with tripple boot Fedora 36 + Win10 + FreeBSD 13.0. I'm stuck with Acer logo by:
-pressing F2
-Alt+F10
-pressing UEFI option under Grub 2.06 during boot
I have checked under Fedora as root ("sudo -i") the contents of directory /boot/efi/EFI/Boot
-rwx------. 1 root root 742064 7. čec 21.36 BOOTIA32.EFI
-rwx------. 1 root root 946712 7. čec 21.36 bootx64.efi
-rwx------. 1 root root 70776 7. čec 21.36 fbia32.efi
-rwx------. 1 root root 90280 7. čec 21.36 fbx64.efi
There is no grubx64.efi to be deleted as recommended here in this thread as a solution.
When I look one directory up /boot/efi/EFI, it looks like this:
drwx------. 2 root root 1024 22. čec 09.26 Boot
drwx------. 2 root root 1024 14. srp 23.20 fedora
drwx------. 2 root root 1024 21. srp 2021 freebsd
drwx------. 4 root root 1024 10. lis 2020 Microsoft
drwx------. 4 root root 1024 10. lis 2020 OEM
Than I have looked into /boot/efi/EFI/OEM/Boot, where are many tens of files, but my attention was attracted by 4 files "BCD*", which some of them have 0 (zero) lenght.
-rwx------. 1 root root 32768 10. lis 2020 BCD
-rwx------. 1 root root 32768 10. lis 2020 BCD.LOG
-rwx------. 1 root root 0 10. lis 2020 BCD.LOG1
-rwx------. 1 root root 0 10. lis 2020 BCD.LOG2
drwx------. 2 root root 1024 10. lis 2020 bg-BG
-rwx------. 1 root root 1557816 10. lis 2020 bootmgfw.efi
-rwx------. 1 root root 1541952 10. lis 2020 bootmgr.efi
-rwx------. 1 root root 65536 10. lis 2020 BOOTSTAT.DAT
-rwx------. 1 root root 5023 7. pro 2019 boot.stl
...
Where could be the problem? Could anybody help?
I do not want to open the notebook and remove the SSD disk because of the warranty, as mentioned above in the thread.
Thanks for support!

What is your boot manager if it is not grub?
Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.
Userbench: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/311771580 -
My boot manager is Grub 2.06, please see the picture.
When I am updating Fedora linux kernels, this menu shown here is updated automatically to always newest kernel. I am doing nothing with this menu.
Each item works properly, except the choice "UEFI Firmware Settings", which leads to stuck logo Acer. And same issue happens, if I try to enter UEFI via Win10 Alt+F10...
Thanks!
