Swift 1- SF114-32: no SSD drive detected in BIOS

After running perfectly fine I went to start it but showed no bootable device. I went into the BIOS but there is no information relating to the HDD. I've tried using the Acer windows repair tool but it couldn't fix the problem. Is there any reason why the HDD should just suddenly stop working? It's only about a year and a half old!

OK, the Boot tab is showing that the SSD is being detected (ADATA SP600NS34), so that helps a bit. Your SSD is actually an eMMC chip soldered to the motherboard, 64GB in size. Do you have another system handy you could use to create a Windows install flash drive? We can then use that to diagnose the EFI setup and whether the drive is functioning or not. If the eMMC has failed you have an M.2 slot that can take a drive to replace the onboard one.

I can yes but I think the problem is that maybe I haven't put the drivers correctly on the USB drive. I downloaded the RST from your link but it's an exe file and I don't know whether it's necessary because I'm not sure if I have optane or not. When I choose the drivers in the zip folder it doesn't work either. Actually it doesn't let me open that folder to reveal the files when in the laptop but when it's connected to my PC they show up fine! Don't know what's going on!!0

If you create a Windows install flash drive, you boot from that flash drive and then use the Repair feature to figure out what's going on with the rest of the system. My guess is tat your eMMC drive is starting to act up and the final fix will be to put a new SSD in the M.2 slot and install Windows, but let's keep trying to get the eMMC working right again so you don't have to put that expense in.
