Why am i getting low clock speeds after a while during intense gaming? Triton 500 rtx2060 i7 8thgen

Hi,
I have a triton 500 rtx 2060 16gb ram, i7 8th gen, after about 30 minutes into intense gaming , clock speeds drop below 3ghz and range between 2.8-2.9ghz and my cpu temps are much cooler ranging from 82-84C and i feel slight stutters here and there while gaming (Warzone or any large experiences). Can someone help me out with this? i really don't know much into it.

    krishpratti well to start with warzone its a really badly optimised game everyone is having issues with it even on the most powerful desktops have up optimised your windows properly and undervolted with TS check here  if not please do so and see if your issues improve or not also bare in mind the games will only use the cpu/gpu at full when needed doesnt mean they have to always use it af full speeds as i said also depends on the devs game optimisations also i dont see any real issue here youre not thermal throttling at all as that would be the main reason for performance drop or even your broadband speeds/ping etc also try a proper optimised game and see if you have the same issue  good luck
