I upgraded my laptop ram and paid labor in pc express and now my warranty seal is broken

I contacted the pc express and they sent a technician to upgrade my ram to my house because of the covid for safety measures and now my seal is broken they said nothing about my warranty but also my bad for not having to questioning about the warranty that will be void and now my warranty seal is broken

What is the exact model of the laptop? Example AN515-51-75KZ. Also, was the technician authorized by Acer to disassemble the laptop and add the ram?
