New (?) Predator Sense error - failing to open on Windows 10 v.666

So... I have looked at most of the similar problem' threads herein, but since the only way out is reinstalling the entire Windows, let's see if any ideas...

Yesterday I was using my Predator PHS 315-52 (Helios 300) on "Turbo Mode" (overclocking, cooling, etc), and it was shutdown while at it.
Today, the system is turned on already on Turbo and Predator Sense does not open.

Okay, no worries, started browsing to find a solution. Ending tasks and 'lodctr/R' did not solve it. I kept receiving 'Error 5' continuosly.
So, I've tried to uninstall Predator Sense and reinstall it, Turns out "the process could not access the file as another process blocked the file" - which I'm guessing has to do with the fact that my notebook is still running on Turbo (overclocking max, cooler at max speed, etc).
Okay, I've tried to take a look at Care Center. It does not open. Dialogue box saying "still initilializing. Try again." pops everytime.
And here I am, continuously restarting my notebook, see if a miracle happens....
until i've decided.... 'the heck with it. I'm going to restore the ***** thing!'
Ha! As it is, I cannot restore (w/ or w/o maintaining personal files), as "Something happened and preparation could not be concluded".

Bottom line, I cannot reinstall PredatorSense, I cannot open Care Center nor uninstall it, I cannot reset Windows - as something, some process is running and I cannot figure out...

LuKavtaradze you need to run cmd as administrator if everything fails try running it in safe mode also to completely remove PS and reinstall follow my thread here also if you cant run the stock recovery ALT+F10 that means your recovery partition its corrupted either u got some malware/spyware or something similar as u should be able to uninstall and reinstall whatever

What it gets me is that the lifetime of the parts will deteriorate, as it is running in Turbo at all times....

LuKavtaradze so that means your recovery its corrupted i would start by getting a good antivirus like nod32 and superantispyware also malwarebytes doa a full scan with all see if u find something to maybe fix it if anything found try the stock recovery again if the issue persists your windows installation its most probably completely half broken/bugged last option get a 16gb usb drive create a windows install with media creation tool backup whatever you need and install it via the usb drive  (you might have to enable the boot menu in the bios first and in some cases even disable secure boot ) after a clean install optimize your windows properly do not let it update drivers/firmware or even disable updates completely undervolt with TS check here and keep an eye on your temps if still high you might need to get it repasted with kryonaut or similar if youre able to without voiding your warranty or send it back to acer to repaste it with stock paste also make sure the fans and exit airflow are properly cleaned and have the back lifted 2/3" at all times for a proper airflow and u dont need to be running in turbo mode just fans on auto coolboost on if u want to overclock the gpu or undervolt use MSI AB

LuKavtaradze well even if the antivirus/spyware would solve some issues your recovery its corrupted theres no way to salvage that only way to reinstall its loosing it forget it and use the media creation tool which you would have to download/install all drivers/software from acer support everytime  what everyone should do the first day they boot it would be to create a stock recovery usb drive via care center this would avoid many issues if the recovery partition would get corrupted :)

LuKavtaradze you can but backup whatever you need first before you send it they will clean install windows most probably fix your acer recovery and when they send it back first thing to check its if the bios have the correct model on it or you will have issues with PS and create a recovery usb drive to avoid future issues
