Triton 500 crackling and CPU heat issues

I don't really know when it started but i really notice it since yesterday. My CPU was reaching into the low 90s when playing a little indie puzzle game and even after letting it cool down for 10 minutes with fans on max, the CPU was still around 60°C.
To make it even worse, there is a crackle coming from the bottom left corner of the laptop (it's hard to pinpoint the source without a stethoscope) but here is a recording with my phone butted up against the area left to the touchpad. It sounds sort of like a geiger counter. Recording

These temps are when idle (CPU usage 4-8%). I feel like that is high. I know this laptop can go fanless in idle and this is just wrong to me.

And to anyone living in Germany/Austria, how quick are the Acer repair centers? Do they take 2 months or just 2 weeks?

I have the same triton 500, im from Singapore and recently i made appointment with Acer service to provide onsite service to fix the overheat issue, its covered by the warranty, not sure about your country.

Will update the result after the engineer come my house and troubleshoot it :)

denmeer regarding the temps you should optimise your windows properly and undervolt check here and if still needed repaste it with kryonaut or similar if you can yourself without voiding your warranty if not send it to acer to get it repasted regarding the noise could be a fan with a broken/loose thin or even a wire touching it i would really contact acer support asap and send it asap the times unfortunately during this pandemic are delayed everywhere theres no real way to know

Ahmao95 acer does not provide onsite service in all countries as far as im aware only in some countries mainly asia all other countries do not have that kind of service unfortunately

Update: Engineer came, is pretty useless, told him high temp issue as I reported, he proceed to open the laptop , after found out this model heatsink all at other side of the board, he need extra charges to do repaste since it need a lot of "work" to remove the board out although still covered by warranty. So end up only cleaning the dust underside. Suggest to run cpu stress test to see whether it will overheat or shutdown or not. But my problem is the CPU throttle to 0.8ghz sometime.

Also saying that PS temp is just 'statistics', is not real time

I think I will f*** with the warranty and repaste myself.
