The stutter is very small like , it stays for half a second and disappears and comes back again after 30 seconds or so .0

The temperatures never touch 80 degrees Celsius .

I played for about like 7 minutes
The v sync is turned off in fortnite and it is causing screen tearing . Even though I turn on V sync in fortnite the stutter occurs .0 -

Do u think the problem is related to BIOS maybe just maybe ? I mean it never stutters while running benchmark tests which is kinda super weird ....0

oo btw the max went to 92 degrees celcius in the above image but thats because i didnt turn on max fan speed i guess but even with max fan speed the games stutter ....0

Yes, their is thermal throttling
When you closed your game temperature drop to 75°C
Call technician for apply new thermal paste
Some laptops comes with bad thermal paste by default
