Unable to install Acer Care Center in Acer A515-52-57BY

Hey guys, I have an Acer A515-52-57BY and have been unsuccessful when trying to install the Acer Care Center.

The issue is the error message that appears on the screen at the start of installation:

"You already have a newer version of Care Center installed. If you want to install this version, please uninstall the newer version first."

I have uninstalled everything I can find with the name 'Acer' in Add/Remove Programs, (there was never an Acer Care Center on this laptop when I bought it anyway).

The installation file was downloaded from the Acer Support Website where I found the latest version, as follows:

Date: 2020/02/18

Version: 4.00.3002

Vendor: Acer

Size: 73.2 MB

Any and all help greatly appreciated, I really need this installed asap.

Thanks Jack22 however that installation won't install either, I keep getting the same error message saying there is already a newer version installed, even though there clearly isn't.

Thanks Jack22 however that download won't install, I still receive the same error message that it is already installed and needs uninstalling.
