Unable to install Acer Care Center in Acer A515-52-57BY

The issue is the error message that appears on the screen at the start of installation:
"You already have a newer version of Care Center installed. If you want to install this version, please uninstall the newer version first."
I have uninstalled everything I can find with the name 'Acer' in Add/Remove Programs, (there was never an Acer Care Center on this laptop when I bought it anyway).
The installation file was downloaded from the Acer Support Website where I found the latest version, as follows:
Date: 2020/02/18
Version: 4.00.3002
Vendor: Acer
Size: 73.2 MB

i have same problem and i find the answer.
u just unistall acer care center and then Go this link and follow every step.
