Hi everybody!
I purchased my Acer aspire f5-573g-7536 Part Number: NX.GFHEM.040 from the middle east. I am not sure if this product is supported here in the US, where I am living now. Now my HDD has irrepairable bad sectors and I would like to replace it. My current HDD is Toshiba Serial ATA 5400 RPM, and I would like to ask for a recommendation of a faster HDD.
Thanks,

Hi,
I would suggest you install a M.2 NVMe SSD, backup all important data to an external HDD, install the new M.2 SSD, use Macrium reflect to clone the HDD to the new SSD.

Thanks for your kind answer! I already backed up all my data to an external drive. However, I have a concern about the dimension of the drive since I think there is variability (e.g., 2.5 or 3.5 inches). I am going to order the repair tool kit with the new HDD so I am not sure about the exact size which I should order!

Hi,
If you want to replace the HDD, order a 2.5" HDD.0 -
