If you can access http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery   from the phone, you might be able to create the USBA stick by using a USBC to USBA adapter.  However, since the phone is probably not a Windows device, the website might not easily allow this. So perhaps you better wait until you have access to another Windows machine to create the stick. Jack E/NJ

Yes. Try booting from #2. A Windws installation screen should appear with a troubleshooting option. Jack E/NJ

Can it take a long time to load?

It might because the USB2 port is slow to boot from. Jack E/NJ

Are you sure that will take that long to load? Because already had been approximately 2 hours and the screen still black.

No. Not 2 hours. Did you make the stick from a phone or another Windows computer? Jack E

I shut down the computer and now it shows just the USB HDD

Shut it down again by pressing and holding the power button. Then enter the BIOS with F2 on turning it back on. Does the WesternDigital HDD still appear in the BIOS Information tab and Boot tab? Jack E/NJ

Should I reset all the computer?

Make sure it's in UEFI mode. Legacy mode is not right for this computer. I think you have an intemittent problem with the WD HDD. Try to boot into the F12 menu again to see if the WD HDD shows up again. Jack E/NJ

Now it's the windows and the USB HDD.

If neither WD-HDD or the USB boot, then you'll probably have to re-do the Win10 installation USB. It must be for a Win10 installation, not a Win7 installation. However, you should be able to make the USB Win10 installation from a Win7 machine. Jack E/NJ

That's what I did. Do I need to make the re installation of win10 on the USB or can I do the reset of the computer?

If ALT+F10 cold boot reset procedure didn't work as you said earlier, then you must be able to boot from the USB in order to try to reset the machine. Jack E/NJ

But the boot USB it just show the windows logo and a circle loading then it turns in a black screen, so it doesn't work. I think it's better do a reset.
