    Hi,
You can install 480GB WD Green only and the WD Blue will not work, your laptop which I believe is A314-41 supports only M.2 SATA SSD and there's no NVMe support in this model.

Is it the Aspire A314-41 below? As there is no such model as the Acer Aspire A14-41, plese check your model number again and let us know, you must have made a mistake. The exsact model number is on the back of your laptop, check again!

As the closes to the "acer aspire A14-41" is the "Aspire A314-41" below, whcih has no M.2 SSD slot, it has a storage drive form factor of a 2.5" drive interface of a SATA 3 at 6Gb/s and can take either a 2.5 inch spinner HDD or an SSD's like a Crucial MX500, Samsung EVO and PRO  etc you cant put a M.2 SSD's into this laptop. check again your model number and let us know.

    Hi,
No problem, yes 480GB drive will be faster than 120GB drive.
