Z110 doesn't start anymore

Hi everyone,

I buyed a Acer Liquid Z110, such a nice phone.
One month later,my boyfriend used Wifi , for makin' connection to the internet.
He take a video (download).
And than, the phone stand still on startpage, i taked the battery out and in , i restart the phone but it doesn't work , he will not start anymore. And than i looked on acer.com i saw things with with start + vol. up, i did it, but he won't start again.
Also there is a android-icon if i try this again, with a red exclamation.

Can someone help pleas?
Maybe i can send for fabricage, but i don't know where to do in Belgium?
There is garantie on phone.

    Als je je ticket hebt van waar je het hebt gekocht dan moet je hem binnen brengen in die winkel en vragen om hem te herstellen. Smiley Happy
