      You purchased a 256gb ssd:

      But here are appearing 2tb:

      You installed another ssd, correct?
      In addition, the name of this ssd is not correct:

      It is probably a firwmare failure. try to update the ssd firmware: https://content.crucial.com/content/dam/crucial/support/firmware/MX500_M3CR023_update.zip

      This is wrong. See that shows disk 1 with only 1gb. I suggest you try to update the ssd firwmare, or try to exchange the ssd with the seller:

      I think egydiocoelho  means how you make out with crucial on the return. I'd like to know too. They usually try to make things right. Just making sure they still do. Jack E/NJ

      I bought it from Amazon on my Prime account. I received a replacement right away and it had the same issue. I'm returning both and going to try to get a different brand or an nvme. I'm a newbie with all this stuff and looked pretty straight forward on videos.

      I would stick with a plain vanilla m.2 SATA3. The NVMEs add another layer of bleeding edge uncertainty relative to the SATA3s. This is really weird-acting for a crucial m.2. Jack E/NJ
