I have this model here: https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-i7-9750H-Keyboard-PH315-52-78VL/dp/B07QXLFLXT/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=helios+predator+300&qid=1585393950&sr=8-1

All of a sudden, my touchpad stopped working. I'd be super glad about any tipps. Here is some info about what I've tried:

- In the device manager, under "Human Interface Devices", I can see "HID-compliant touch pad". According to its properties, "This device is working properly." Updating the drivers tells me that the "best drivers" are already installed
- In the device manager, under "Human Interface Devices", I can see "HID-compliant mouse" twice (!). According to their properties, "This device is working properly."  Updating the drivers tells me that the "best drivers" are already installed
- My laptop did not experience any external damages (e.g. did not spill anything over it, did not drop it etc.).
- I do not have a touchpad option in the Bios (like described here: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/533302/new-predator-helios-300-touchpad-not-working)
- I am not sure where to find/download the " SERIAL I/O drivers for PH317-52" (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/586768/predator-helios-300-touchpad-not-working) but as stated previously it seems like all drivers are up to date.
