    http: ThrottleStop Pre-Configured Setups

I've compiled a bundle of ThrottleStop configurations for various CPU types.
Each of these downloads are specific to the CPU listed and come pre-setup to optimum undervolt, Speed Shift EPP, power limits and other various tweaks.

Each setup has energy governance for while plugged in and on battery:
Profiles will automatically switch between AC and battery profiles when you plug or unplug your laptop.

Since the Nvidia GPU switches to "Powermizer" mode while on battery, the battery CPU profiles were adjusted accordingly to maintain proper performance and battery efficiency.

Note: Nothing negative can happen to your system from using these configurations.
At worst case - Your laptop will reboot but no damage would have been done (I have yet to see this happen from my files)
These configurations can be used even if your Predator Sense has undervolting built in.

These profiles may cause certain games to lose a few FPS but drop temperatures variably between 5-20 C.

    **DISCLAIMER**
While I have tested these profiles extensively, that doesn't guarantee that your system will accept it without issue.
Variables such as tweaks you've imposed yourself could cause conflicts with unknown effects.
    Please proceed with caution.

    How to use these files:
    1. Simply download (& extract if required) the folder signatured with the same CPU you have in your system and place it in "My Documents"
    2. Open the folder and run the "Throttlestop.exe" and you're done. (Yes really it's that simple)

    i5-7300HQ
    i7-7700HQ
    i5-8300Hi7-8750Hi5-9300H (Coming Soon)
In progress (I do not have a system with this CPU at this time to test)
    i7-9750H

How to set Throttlestop to auto startup at boot

Once you have tested thoroughly the Throttlestop configurations you've downloaded (And by thoroughly I mean HOURS of gaming or high productivity use) you can set Throttlestop to automatically start at system boot up by following this guide to create a task schedule. I have yet to see any issues arise from using my setups.

Example photo of Before & After Throttlestop

Let me know in the comments below your results and if you have any questions!
    Enjoy!
    Hello
I downloaded TS as you recommended and i run it.
Still have the same issue in pubg with a max temperature of 97 degrees.
    Can you help plz?

@Bassili have you optimized windows properly if so you're only solution it's to either repaste it with kryonaut or similar yourself if you can without voiding your warranty or contact acer support directly and send it back for a repaste

It's hard for me to evaluate what to do atm, but I'll say it hoping for some suggestions. My Nitro 5 AN515-52  / i5-8300 has been ~95°C when gaming.

1- It's has been 3 months since I bought the laptop. I'm not sure about this temperatures, but I think it's not supposed to be like that.
My question is: should I somehow someday send it to warranty if this is a "problem"?

2- This throttlestop feature is not covered in warranty(since is undervolting?), right? the same for changing thermal paste?.

So, what would you guys do in this situation?

Ascentw firstly optimize your windows properly then download the TS+profile for your cpu and run it keep the back lifted 2/3 inches for a proper airflow see if the temps are better if so fine if not im afraid your last solution would be either to repaste it your self with kryonaut or similar if you are able to without voiding your warranty carefully without breaking anything and also cleaning the fans and exit airflow (if you dont have any warranty stickers/seals present) or contact acer support and send it back to get it repasted with stock thermal paste

Hi since there's still no preset for i5 9300h, I've kinda made one for myself and I just want to share it to y'all. of course, use it with precaution. I'm not responsible for any damages. so here it is https://mega.nz/#!cU8jgT7A!srHWv4rssKeLIuCwDVsIho6T_MmolXyC4n5zq8MzNb0

edit: also, i've been using this for two days now paired with +155 core and +475 memory on afterburner

Just wanted to ask but since i get better benchmark results with the benchmark profile using the template for i7 9750h, would it be fine to use that profile for games?

@Red-Sand, im happy and satisfied using your i7-9750h settings and it decreases my temperature for 15 to 20 degrees and I DONT KNOW WHY BUT THE UNDERVOLT ADDED MORE FPS IN MY GAMES without using turbo mode HOLYY Fyi im playing AAA games (The witcher 3, re2, tom clancy td2, sekiro, etc.) . My question is:

Im satisfied on the temperatures and fps im getting but im playing it at auto fans with cool boost ON. I dont know or im not sure if pressing the turbo mode will overwrite the undervolt settings back to -125mv so i prefer not to use turbo mode. BUT what's your say on this? is pressing the turbo button adapts to the settings of yours or it will use the stock undervolt?

@Zpree that's completely normal lower temps no throttling more performance 😉 and Ts overwrites any previous confs

    Hey,
What do you mean optimize windows properly? i tried the i7 9750H profile and i still hit 95c while playing World War Z.
The laptop sitting on a Havit cooling pad but that doesn't seem to help as i keep reaching 95c.
Also my cpu tends to boost itself up to 4.2Ghz, is it the case why its so hot? Should i repaste with Kyronaut that i have and check?
Also is the small dot of paste works for cpu laptops aswell as desktop cpu's or need to spread it with the tool that TG provided?

ArchDevil  to optimize windows check my signature and watch the youtube videos as youre pre undervolted by stock you should get it repasted if you have seals/stickers only acer can do it send it back if not you can do it yourself with kryonaut or similar without voiding your warranty and the spread method its the best only a thin layer covering both diodes its enough too much paste its bad make sure you dont damage any thermal pads as they are there not just to cool the vram chipsets but also to level the heatsink nether bend the hearsink in any way

Alright. I will repaste it with Kryonaut today. Also any idea where i can order the thermal pads if they did get damage during the process? So i can put new ones if they do.
Played about 2 hours of World War Z and 2 cores there hitting up to 95c.

@ArchDevil amazon for ex but bare in mind the size as there's no actual guidelines for it might be 1.0/1.5mm or even mixed so check very well the best it's to try to not damage anything and on those vrm chipset that have a pink paste you can use kryonaut on them as getting that paste it's probably impossible for what i have seen (only 2019 h300 have that pink paste ) also win 10 1909 has a useless implemented feature that makes the cpu working on 2 cores only while all the others are idling (waiting to be used if needed) this means it will be turbo boosting at all times even on idle causing the temps to stay higher good luck 😉👍

i will get both 1.0/1.5 in case the pads will peel off or anything. I will try to repaste today after i get back from work and update on the temps.
Just need to buy 70-80% alcohol to clean the paste and will update on the results.

Sweet configs, working great on a pt515-51 with the 9750H cpu,

Never used throttle stop before but can say on average there's a 10c difference in temperatures.

I did also repaste the cpu and gpu with Thermaltake TG-7. The stock paste acer put was already dried out and pretty bad when I opened it. Gpu temps dropped from this.

Has anyone had any luck pushing this cpu to the 4.5ghz max boost on a predator?
