I've been trying for a week now. The registration page won't load, just get a blank white screen. Also the 'my acer' page does the same.I had to call to register the Chromebook that I'd just purchased from Costco.com. They told me the warranty date had started in January and that I had just 2 months of warranty left. I had to send them a screenshot of my e-receipt to prove the purchase date and got an email with the updated correct date a couple days later. Bunch of ***** just to register a brand new machine. It's a little foreboding and I hope I don't ever need real support in the future. Good luck with yours!1

okay.... the 'my acer' page loads now..... don't know who or how that happened... whatever. But now the problem is the Chromebook that I had registered by email doesn't show on the 'my products' page..... what next?1

NEVER MIND... I just registered it again. Apparently the purchase date was just updated but it wasn't registered. Very poor and vague customer service.3

blender.....Have fun with your new Chromebook as my 3 year old Acer Chromebook, is fast and connects to Wi-Fi, DSL, 5G at home. At slower connection speeds say, 5Mbps, it is still fast enough.
