Thanks. Yes, let us know for sure. I still think it's heat-related. Blocked vents, copper tube obstruction, fan issues --- generally air circulation isn't the way it should be. I'd try to alternately vacuum-cleaner the air intake ports and blow vacuum-cleaner exhaust into the air exhaust ports to chase out anything that might be stuck in there that you might not have noticed in re-pasting. Can't hurt anything. Jack E/NJ

Yeah, the best way of testing is to enter the BIOS menu and let it idle for 30 minutes. You don't have to change anything in the BIOS menu.

an update for everyone it has been deemed a motherboard Issue they sent it back not fix because they couldn't get the part. the engineers notes have been helpful they replaced every component apart from the motherboard and the problem persisted every time. however they couldn't deem what was wrong with the motherboard. my friend who works for the company will keep me updated when they will have the parts for order. when it is all fix i do expect my old motherboard back so i can conduct my own tests and keep you all informed.

    >>>Yea so I let it sit in the bios and apart from it not shutting down properly and it using the fans it booted up normally>>>

Is this still true? If, say, you let it set for two hours or more in the BIOS menu doing nothing? Jack E/NJ

What happens when it's left setting in Window Boot Manager for a few hours? By pressing & holding the F12 button while turning the machine on. Jack E/NJ

I wondered what was spammed too because this was your  comment. >>>Yea so I let it sit in the bios and apart from it not shutting down properly and it using the fans it booted up normally>>>

"phil3elkins" just repeated something similar said earlier in the thread>>Yeah, the best way of testing is to enter the BIOS menu and let it idle for 30 minutes. You don't have to change anything in the BIOS menu.>>>

What I'd like to see is, if it still behaves normally when you let it set idling in the F12 Windows boot manager menu.
