Horrible Performance on Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52

Hello Good, These months I have had horrible and nefarious problems with my computer "Gamer" Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52, It turns out that I have terrible performance tests in games, as with other applications, Even with games that I meet the recommended requirements.
Likewise, I have also had problems with the Hard Disk, it happens to me that the "Disk" is 100%, which makes it not even able to open a simple folder, or a Browser, This disk happens many times and makes it difficult for me to reproduce my games Which is very nefarious.
At the same time, I did a test on the Internet which is called the test of the "Bottle Neck" It turns out that it tells me that my components are incompatible with each other, I have made the decision to take it to the Technical Service, looking for some kind of solution, or sincerely that I refund the money, or exchange my model for the AMD Model, since it does not help me to have a computer that is incompatible with its own components, well what should I do? Also, when I called the "Service" Technician I was told that "The computer is done like this", He also told me to take it to the technical service, to see what we can do, (I find, a foolishness to assemble a computer so that in the end it is incompatible with its (Bottle Neck)).
What can I do? Can I exchange it for the AMD Model?.

Antimalware services is part of Windows Defender and should be scheduled to run it's scan when your computer is sleeping and idle, during the night, if not set up correctly it will scan while you are using your PC and hog your disc and cpu.
Go to Control Panel/System and Security/Security and Maintenance/Maintenance/Change Maintenance Settings, this takes you to the Automatic maintenance screen, select a time when you don't use your PC and check the box Allow to wake up my computer

Have you set up the Nvidia Control Center correctly? Please follow all my instructions below
Please click YES if I answer your question, thankyou
Make sure you do this below and always game on 100% battery BEFORE gaming and KEEP plugged in while gaming, in your Windows Power plan select High Performance when on AC and in Nitrosense make sure High performance is selected under "AC" tab
Go to the Nvidia control center and click Manage 3d settings tab, then click the Global Settings tab and change Preferred Graphics processor from Auto select to your Nvidia GPU, do this by clicking the downward arrow to the right of Auto Select and select the Nvidia GPU. Then under the Program Settings tab select the programs and games that you want to run on the Nvidia GPU. Do the same under the Set PhysX Configuration tabPlease click YES if I answered your question

If your Hard drive is showing 100% Disc usage you have some background applications running that shouldn't be, please post a screenshot of Task Manager showing 100% usage and the programs running.
Also I don't know what program "Bottleneck" is but the Hardware configuration of your model is not incompatible, in fact the same configuration is used by many different Laptop manufacturers and there are thousands of users that have your model with no issues. Yours is clearly a Software issue not a Hardware issue, if it was Hardware incompatibility then every owner of your model would have the same problems, which is far from the case.
Below link is to Userbenchmark sampling of over 7000 users of your model reporting between "Good and Excellent" performance
https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/Acer-Nitro-AN515-52/83703
In conclusion the best approach here is to forget about incompatible Hardware because it clearly isn't the case and let's concentrate on finding out what is happening with your Laptop to cause poor performance, so please post that screen shot and let's go from therePlease click YES if I answered your question

Start by finding whats using your HDD so much in task manager or processview. Could be some stuck windows update or indexing/superfetch gone bad.0

Now go back to my Nvidia Control Center guide and double check drivers are updated and it is setup correctly. If you have normal disc usage and your GPU is correctly setup, there is no reason for low fps other than incorrect settings specific to the game you are playing

CuelloDeBotella said:Well, I still have 100% Disk! I did everything that they said, The task “System” uses the disk, “Runtime Broker” too, “Microsoft WWA Host” and “Antimalware Service Executable” how do i stop those? I still have the awful disk at 100%, (Just Sometimes!, not when i’m playing), Also how could i check if my gpu is in good condition?

Run windows in safe mode and if the issue still persists, then it isn't a driver. You can use Acer Care Centre or crystaldiskinfo to find out the health status of the drive. You can also use crystaldiskmark to test the read and write speeds of the drive and if they are low, then the issue comes from the drive.
Besides 100% disk usage does the system take long to boot, or does it feel slow when opening programs?
