charger keeps disconnecting and reconnecting at around 96% acer predator G3 572

Am using acer predator Laptop for 8 months nothing happens but now adays when i plugged the charger its automatically disconnecting and reconnecting at around 90 to 96% i did all the tricks but still not solved. My laptop is Acer Predator G3-572 I7 7th Generation Processor.

    Do the Pinhole reset, then reset your BIOS to default settings and then after booting, uninstall ACPI driver from Device Manager and reboot.

    Already i did pinhole reset but no use same will happen again and again.

    I haven't had this issue since December 17 after following what I wrote on my G3-572.

    Jobipaul88 after the battery power drain let it rest for 2/3h to completely drain all the power from all capacitors and then perform a bios setup defaults also check your battery wear on windows report

    Better backup your data to external Hard drive and have it checked at nearest Service Center since your's still under warranty.

    Yeah i check but the Acer customer service centre & team very poor. i wrongly buy Acer.

    I am also having G3-572 but 2017 model. For past few weeks I was also facing the issue. Despite of following all battery troubleshoot guide, the issue was not fixed. But after undervolting my cpu, the issue was fixed. Not sure how though.

    my cpu is already undervolted to -0.125. So not really sure what this issue is. Very weird.
