Nitro 5 Shortcut keys not working

Hello, I have a problem where my keyboard shortcut keys just suddenly stopped working. Example = Windows key + Space will change the input method (languages) and it just does not work anymore here is another example Windows key + R to run a command and that does not work anymore. My laptop is the Nitro 5 and it's like 2 months old. Maybe i enabled something to make the keys to shortcut keys to stop working?? Please help me.

Did you ever get this resolved? I notice, you posted last December, just about a month after the new Windows 10 update came out in November. Did you get that update as soon as it came out, before they pulled it over a serious issue some of the first people had with it erasing some files?

I am wondering if your issue might be something that Windows 10 update did.

I have the same problem, and since about that time that you posted. And I got that Win 10 update the day it came out. I never reinstalled, because I did not have the issue of losing files. And I have now gone up to the Spring 2019 update. But even with this Spring 2019 update, I still can't use the keyboard shortcuts.

Did that November update break our keyboard shortcuts -- and permanently? Do we perhaps need a firmware fix now? I wondered if that had been the case, but figured if so it would be fixed with the Spring Update fixing files. But no, it was not.
