Display not sharp and ghosting in my nitro 5 ryzen 515-42 R6GV

Hi 

My laptop is acer nitro 5 ryzen 515-42 R6GV and the letters are not sharp as shown in picture and theres motion blur when i scroll or move icons on desktop or anywhere..

    Go to Settings then Display,  Set display to 1920 X 1080 then Set scale and layout to the recommended in my case 125%, then click Advanced Settings which is right below and check ON to let Windows fix blurred app icons. Then restart you laptop

    I already have them enabled...

    Is your display set to 1920 X 1080 and scaling set to 125% and you must open each app then close it

    Yes it is... Dunno why this is happening... Letters not sharp and motion blur when something is moved

     if that doesn't work try this
    1. Right click on the application in which you are facing issues.
    2. Select “Properties” from the popup menu.
    3. Click on “Compatibility” tab.
    4. Select “Override high DPI scaling behavior.
    5. Select “System” from the options provided in “Scaling performed by” section.
    6. Click on “Apply” button and then on “OK.”

    Well... Its everywhere.. i mean nothing is sharp not just a single app :(
