    Hi.

Set up the graphic card optimally for each game.
Use third-party software to monitor the temperature.
    Update the graphic driver.
Finally, check if the features of your computer are suitable for the type of game you want to play.

    Best Regards.

First update your AMD Graphics card drivers.
Download and install DDU from here https://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/17830/ but do not run it yet. Download the Radeon drivers from the Windows 10 64 bit link here https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-19-6-3 do not run it yet. Run DDU to do a clean uninstall of your current Radeon drivers then reboot and run and install the new Radeon drivers, reboot and all should be good.

Then do this, make sure your RX560x is selected in Switchable Graphics for your games and your games are set on High Performance, you must import your games .exe using the Browse tab in pic below. Launch the Radeon Adrenalin settings and click System then Switchable Graphics, Running Applications then Installed Profile Applications, finally Browse, navigate to your games .exe and import it, select High Performance. Your model comes with 2 Graphics cards and the RX560x must be used for gaming and the above operation ensures this is so.
One last thing, when gaming ensure your battery is charged to 100% BEFORE starting the game and KEEP it plugged into the AC power while gaming, this is how this laptop is designed, it cannot operate at High Performance on battery power

Replicate the problem then launch Task Manager/Processes (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and post a screenshot please. To take a screenshot hit the PrSc button then launch Paint under Windows Accessories in the start menu, click paste then save to your desktop and drag it over into your reply

What's that "Launcher (32 bit )  (4) that doesn't look good, right click it and go to it's location let us know what it is, it looks suspicious and it's hogging the system. The Antimalaware service Executable is part of windows defender and its hogging your system because it's doing a full scan, you need to change some of it's settings, read this article and follow the directions https://antimalwareserviceexecutable.co/windows-10-fix/
