@egydiocoelho I have completely Resetted My laptop. It took about 5 hours, because I resetted it completely. I wiped everything including all drives. But the problem still remains and the drivers are still the same and they haven't changed. I want to know How to reinstall every driver and also what drivers should I re install, for example intel chipset? Should that be re-installed along with some others? Please help it's really bugging me.egydiocoelho said:
Well I reseted my laptop Completely and then I think I reinstalled drivers from Device Manager by selecting Scan for New Hardware and then I updated required Drivers. After that I just uninstalled the drivers which I thought weren't configured properly and now it seems like that laptop is working fine now.xapim said:HeatSOlutionReq resetting to Acer factory OS you will have the same exact drivers/software you have on acer support for your model (if they werent updated in the website) and that is what it had when you first got it the first time if you had reseted it completely as you said (fresh install) and you are saying you have the same exact driver versions as you had before that means you they were never updated since you got it (which i find it weird) i dont see any other explanation for it go to acer support for your model and cross check the driver's versions in there with the ones you have installed
I also suspect you are having thermal issues because either you need to optimize windows/undervolt (if you havent done it before) and probably repaste it and clean the fans while your doing it (check for any warranty seals if stil on warranty you will void it if you break any if you dont have them you can open it even on warranty as long as you dont break anything yourself its not voided) dunno since when you have it but if you hadnt had issues before it all points to it
HeatSOlutionReq glad you got it sortedHeatSOlutionReq said:Well I reseted my laptop Completely and then I think I reinstalled drivers from Device Manager by selecting Scan for New Hardware and then I updated required Drivers. Here's what my experience to you guys
1. If everything is working fine don't start tempering with it.
2. Don't update Drivers forcefully like from a software unless it is really necessary and the hardware won't work without it.
3. As soon as you get a new Laptop make a recovery point (That is a must for Every Kind of Laptop and not just predator).
