My acer e15 575 has being slow issues help

When i turn it on it goes to a black screen with white light and satys there for about 7 min then the acer logo comes and stuck there for about 6 minutes then the black screen comes again and shifts to a death screen again and stuck there for about 10 min and nothing happens bought the laptop a month ago
Its battery is sealed so i tried to press the pin in the back but it does nothing please help me?
