Switch Alpha 12 Camera problem

Hello, I have this problem with the Main camera, as you can see the white balance and the focus are not working. I tried reinstalling the intel camera driver but nothing happens.
The front camera works great (Realtek camera)
I have Windows 10 Aniversary Update.

Hello, I solved this problem. These are the steps:
Update the camera app in windows store to the last version.Disconnect from internet
Uninstall these drivers and check the option "delete the driver software for this device":
Intel(R) CSI2 Host Controller
Camera Sensor OV5670
Intel(R) Imaging Signal Processor 2500
Intel(R) AVStream Camera 2500
Intel(R) Control LogicRestart
Install this driver:
Camera_Intel_30.10154.6822.219_W10x64_A from Acer (Google it, Acer deleted this version from drivers for Switch Alpha 12)
Restart
Install this driver:
Camera_Intel_30.10586.7035.1976_W10x64_A from Acer (This version is available in drivers for Swtich Alpha 12)

I wonder if the same process will apply to Switch 5 which is quite similar to Switch Alpha 9 ie deleting the drivers for the five items and reinstalling the correct drivers for the cameras.

What specific problem are you having with your Switch Alpha 12 camera? You typically see the lower resolution images when working in low light.

I have the same front-facing camera problem too. It does not display any images. I tried to update drivers from Device Manager but it says the drivers are up-to-date already. Very frustrating for a new device. Any help is very much appreciated.JO_HERI89 said:please help me0 -
I'm going to format my Switch Alpha 12 to install the lastest Windows 10. I'll take the opportunity to record the installation of Windows and the drivers and upload it to YouTube so you can have a little guide. I will do it in the course of this week.
