Hi,

I have just purchased a Acer Travelmate P2510-G2-MG. The specifications claim that it has a resolution of 1920 x 1080, but I cannot get Windows 10 change above 1366 x 768.

I have ensured I have the latest drivers.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Vaughn

Download HWiNFO and expand the monitor section. On the right side you will find the model of the display panel. Post the model number of the display here and will check if it is FHD.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

The resolution of the display panel is 1366x768:

I suggest you to contact the retailer and return the device.

I suspect the model number of the laptop that was delivered to you is different too. The model number is located on a sticker at the back of the laptop.
