Press WINkey+Rkey. Enter 'diskmgmt.msc'. Do you see the D drive now? Jack E/NJ

Open Command Prompt. Enter 'diskpart'. The DISKPART> prompt should appear. Enter 'list disk' at the DISKPART> prompt. How many disks does it list? Jack E/NJ

No. I mean the BIOS menu Information Tab. You've got to reboot, then tap F2 key to enter BIOS menu. Jack E/NJ

Your 2.5" Western Digital drive does not seem to be working. I'm not sure how it's being detected by the BIOS. Shut the machine off. Disconnect the charger. Open the HDD door on the bottom and re-seat the 2.5" drive a few times to clean the contacts. You are also very little space left on the m.2 SSD system card. Jack E/NJ

so you are saying shut down than remove my charger open the HDD again and than put back the 2.5 drive over and over again

Yes. But before you do, I'd like to know what options are available in the BIOS Main tab under the SATA Mode heading. Jack E/NJ
