Yesterday I tried to turn on my laptop but it couldn't turn. I plugged AC adapter and tried and its turned on. I realized that my battery is identified but Its not charging. When I disconnected power adapter, It completely cut the power to the laptop and Its shuts down completely. Also when I restarting It, My keyboard back light lightning with its default settings. I saw 2 questions on the community but I didn't even tried to disassemble my laptop for any purpose.
I tried to,
-press my power button for 30secs
-uninstall drivers from device manager
-pressing battery reset button for 5secs.
anything didn't went well.
I appreciate if anyone can help.
Thanks if you can help !

Unplug the charger again. Press and hold the battery reset button, this time for 30 seconds. Then let the battery rest for about 15 mins. Then plug the charger back in but don't try to turn the system on yet. After a few hours, check to see if the charging yellow LED is on again. If it is, let it keep charging in the till the fully-charged blue LED is on. Then try to turn the machine back on. Jack E/NJ

If it still boots with the charger plugged in, open Device Manager. Click on the batteries folder. Uninstall Microsoft ACPI-compliant control method driver. Exit Device Manager. Reboot and let Windows re-detect and re-install the control driver. Jack E/NJ

@JackE ,Still no luck. What should I do, the battery is discharging. Today morning I saw it with 93% and now its 5%. But Its cannot recharge. I realized I updated windows and this happened after this. But I restored it but no results. Does that update occur the problem? Or the hardware malfunctioning? how should I overcome this problem? this is really annoying because I can't plug my laptop whole the time. Can anyone help0

OK. You can check if your current battery is up to snuff. Go to command prompt as administrator. Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for battery-report.html in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it. Compare design capacity with full charge capacity. Jack E/NJ

---UPDATE---@JackE & @xapim , Now It's showing 0%k available, plugged in and charging. But, Battery indicator is blinking in low frequency. 15secs-off and 5secs-on. But when I check the battery Icon, its also charging for some time, and not for some time. But its not related to Indicator blinking...But it's seems like remains on 0% of charge.I didn't do anything. Is this related to any warning or some issue?0

>>>Battery indicator is blinking in low frequency. 15secs-off and 5secs-on.>>>
Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power button do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that aren't currently available' Scroll down and uncheck box for fast startup to disable fast boot. Shut down. Does battery indicator now show steady orange? Jack E/NJ
