@sri369 That normal score. I asked a friend of mine which has i7-7700HQ undervolted -100 mV to run cinebench. His result is 734.
@Red-Sand Yes my notebook is Helios 300 with i7-8750H CPU.
Attached is a screenshot after a night of idling. Maintained 40 deg steady. I think before installing the park control I was idling at about 33-34. Will try the next few night between balanced and Bitsum power plan.
Your CPU is at full speed! I don't think your CPUs are parked at all. What is the min processor state? Make sure it is set to 0. Do not use high performance power plan. Recommended is a custom power plan with CPU min kept at 0.

Create or update your power plan with CPU performance settings as mentioned by me or RedSand and you should see lowered temps.

I never use high performance power plan. Normally I use balanced, but after setting park control (exact same settings as Red-Sand) Now I use Bitsum high performance. Min processor state is 0 and all other settings are same as yours. And while Throttlestop shows 3.4 on all cores, park control shows 10 out of 12 parked.
BTW after changing Processor energy performance preference tp 25 the freq is no longer cap at 3.4. But still the temperatures are higher than without park control on balanced power plan.
yesterday I tested light gaming. For comparison with park control (Bitsum high performance) temperatures was 5-7 degrees higher than without on balanced.

On every plan I have min processor state is 0 and max is 100

Here is the proof. 1st part of the diagram is with Park Control and Bitsum High Performance Power Plan, second part is Ballanced power plan.
Other settings remain unchainged. Throttlestop Max turbo boost in FIVR 41/41/40/40/39/39, undervolted -135mV on core and cache. Predator Sence fans on auto.
The temperature difference is about 4-5 degrees.

First of all Throttlestop basically modifies the registries that Park control does. Took my a while to figure that out, so disabling speed shift epp on throttlestop allows park control to take effect.

Second a CPU is parked when utilization is 0% (FID on the chart in throttlestop) the clock speeds shown in throttlestop does not mean your CPU is running at those speeds, it means your CPU is ready to run at those clock speeds. FID shows actual usage.

Something is wrong somewhere in your settings. Core Parking effects are best noticed under idle/low loads cos that's when most cores are parked.

Isnt C0% the utilization? I think if C0% is 0 means that the core is parked. I might have FID 41.00 but most cores are parked (as the park control shows) and the C0% in throttlestop is 0.
I dont know if I am doing somthing wrong but the temperatures with park control are higher... dont know why.

Check under windows task manager with all CPUs being displayed, or under Park Control app. You can see which CPUs are up and which are parked.

In device manager - the parked cores shows 0 utilization.
In throttlestop - the parked cores are at 0 C0% ( The FID of the parked cores continues to change up and down )
In park control - shows 2 out of 12 or 4 out of 12...
It looks that they are really parked.
It doesn't matter. I tried many times with different settings and I get higher temperatures every single time with Park Control, compared to Ballanced power plan without Park Control. I quit trying anymore.
I have pretty good temperatures without Park Control, so I don't really need it.
Thank you anyway for trying to help :)

When I enter the command to import the power plan, it just says that "This file doesn't exists".
Maybe we have to point the CMD prompt to the file's directory.
You should update the readme file.

    UPDATE:
You need the cd command, pointing at your power plan directory and "..." when entering the power plan name in the CMD for it to work properly.

    UPDATE 2:

@sohail179 too much overclock/undervolt on afterburner also u dont need speedshift on unless u have an old cpu 7th/8th gen etc

I think from around Windows 10 1909 any changes to graphics card using MSI that alters its default behavior started crashing the games and windows. I use only throttle stop now.

@sri369 yeah there were issues with msi ab and TS on 1909 and up but i think those were fixed with updates as i can recall at the time and as always im still on 1809 no issues xd

Hahaha... you sure are on that. I installed Windows 11 onto a VM and testing it out. I am on 21H1 version. Just adjusted my CPU using TS and left GPU as it is. Pretty good with temps and gaming there, so didn't even bother trying out playing with AfterBurner.

It may sound silly, but try installing the Realtek driver from Acer's driver download page for your model.. then check the device manager and "rollback" if Windows decided to auto update it once you do (It probably will).

I had issues with the Nvidia audio engine conflicting with the Windows issued Realtek driver for a while and took a bit to find the culprit.
Let me know if that works.

Sir you said, Don't put power plan to max
    What does it means?
Do you want to say don't set powerplan to high performance mode?

Yes, personally I never put it on that - it only makes all cores on at all times. I am fine with balanced plan, and all games give me a consistant 60 fps, like COD warzone gives me 60 fps sustained at high settings.

You know, even my max turbo is reduced from default 4.5 to 3.8. But I do not notice any noticeable loss of performance - well, this isn't a server system.

If you use an application like Throttlestop however, your power plan should be set to High Performance (based on Throttlestop creator) in order for TS to adequately control your CPU
