Acer "Authorised" service center screwed my Helios 300 PH315-51. Please Help.

    so the partition is there right ? that means if you state it's not the same as u had it they when they formated you hdd and deleted the factory recovery partition they got the wrong model (windows) installed in yours after they screwed it i would fight until they had it fixed properly with the right windows version with all the software for you model as it came from factory
    yes. i'm fighting. But, after installing windows, if any of the software is missing and if let them know about this, what they are telling me is, "ok sir. we will download it and gonna install it on your laptop."
    and i'm trying to tell them if restore my laptop, all the software will be gone, there will be only barebone windows.
    when i tell them this, these guys tell me, "sorry sir. this is the recovery we got from acer office.we can't do more than this."

    what is this NAPPHDD.
    Acer sent an engineer to my home and he is using this software in uefi/bios (idk).
    But, it constantly failing.

    @Krut03 I now suspect that the center either loaded your original drive with a Win10 setup and hidden recovery partition meant for another model, or the drive itself was replaced with another drive already pre-loaded  for another model.

    I have no idea what the engineer is trying to do for you right now but it looks to me like he's trying to fix a corrupted drive. I don't think that's the problem. The problem seems to be that the system on the drive isn't meant for your model.

    that guy took my laptop and went to service center (not the same center).
    and he will be giving back my laptop tomorrow.

    as soon as i recieve my laptop i will be restoring it. If everything is there including acer preinstalled softwares. Ima take deep breath and relax.
