OK. Now run msinfo32.exe again. What is the BIOS version number? Jack E/NJ

Looks like the center updated the BIOS firmware but used an April 2017 Win10 version.  Is there any sticker on the laptop or the packaging that it came in that suggests when it was actually manufactured? Jack E/NJ

While possible, I doubt a machine with a August 2018 manufacturing date would've been shipped with a HDD or SSD having a hidden recovery partition with April 2017 Win10 1703 version.  Do you recall the HDD manufacturer's name and model number when you first got the machine --- it would've been described in Device Manager or the BIOS info tab. At any rate, what's the HDD name and model number now?

    idk.
but one thing i know that service center formatted both drives.
    totally formated.
so there must be no hidden recovery available.

You can quickly test to see if the hidden recovery partition was wiped with the ALT+F10 cold boot method. Check to make sure D2D recovery is enabled in the BIOS Main tab, it usually is. Jack E/NJ

HDD = SSD = the disk drive manufacturer & model numbers. Not the ACER laptop number. ACER doesn't make the drives, they get drives from Samsung, Toshiba, Hynix, Hitachi, Seagate, Kingston, etc. So what drives do you have in there now. Open Device Manager and click on disk drive folder.  Jack E/NJ

Follow the instructions in the video that @JackE posted above to find out if they deleted you factory recovery partition if it's still there perform a factory fresh install

so the partition is there right ? that means if you state it's not the same as u had before they formatted you hdd and deleted the factory recovery partition they got the wrong model (windows) installed in yours after they screwed it i would fight until they had it fixed properly with the right windows version with all the software for you model as it came from factory
