How do I connect the power button cable on E1-731-4699?

I spilled water on my keyboard.  I got a replacement keyboard, removed the top and now am lost.  There are 4 cables.  Left is power button.  Middle bottom is touchpsd. Right is keyboard.  The two wire cable connects with red wire on right.  Touchpad and keyboard cables connect through front and latch pulls down.
Let me know if any of the above is wrong.  No matter how I connect the power button cable I do not get a display.  Does the blue tab lead, or folld behind?
Does it connect from the back, the top or the front?  Does the blue tab face towards the front, back, top or bottom?
How much to replace keyboard and motherboard if I provide parts?  I broke the keyboard cable clip.
Thanks for the help.

    Hi,
Have you hand tighten all screws before trying to start? Anyway, see whether attached video help you, you could also try getting help from a local repair shop near you about the price for replacing the keyboard or if you want the Acer Service centre to fix it, please contact:https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact

It's very difficult to identify the various components, wires & connectors without actually looking at your laptop.
This should come in handy: how to fix a broken keyboard connector.
The disassembly of your E1-731 is very similar to that for the E1-731G videos.  The one below does not have a running commentary, but the images of the components are larger, thus easier to see & they are labelled in the still frames, which would help you navigate.
It's important not to panic.  Review the videos multiple times if need be, until you understand the "lay of the land" before working on your laptop. Go to a quiet room, proceed slowly & gently. Hopefully you can fix it yourself.

Thank you for the replies.  I will review the vieos and take my time.  I did tighten all the screws, but the unit still did not work.  I am thinking either that the power button is not sitting correctly on the power button cable, or the motherboard died.  I did break the keyboard cable retention clip.  I want to make sure I can reconnect the cables properly before I try to replace the keyboard and maybe the motherboard.  Is there a link where I can get a service manual?

I think the service manuals are proprietary, so they are very hard to come by. The next best thing would be the  older manuals.

Thank you for the link.  I mangled the power cable so I will need another power button cable,  and motherboard.  I will probably just buy another notebook at this point.
