Temperatures going high on CSGO , but normal on other games

hey , so i have got the predator helios 300 (8th gen with 1060) , undervolted to -100mv
while playing cs go cpu temps went high as 95Degrees with avg of 91
but playing DOOM (78 avg degrees) or pubg (87 avg degrees) they stayed relatively low , needless to say , all tested games where on the highest quality , and no other programms open

as far as i know , csgo is not a demanding game, much less than pubg and doom anyways.

is there something i am missing?

I assume your running FPS uncapped in csgo to reduce the latency?

I would suggest using Nvidia Inspector tool to cap your FPS to 75-120. If your FPS doesn't have a cap it will constantly be trying to acheive the highest FPS possible and increasesntemps as a result.

I think because CSGO is not a demanding game, the CPU will always try to boost to its maximum frequency (same story with me for cs 1.6). Download Msi afterburner and monitor the CPU clock.
