i buyed the triton 700 2 days ago.. 12/09/18.. now i see this big issue to change the ssd's..its a shame for a 3000€ laptop to have this problem to have just 250GB of storage.. wanted to put in my 2TB ssd (ahci).. now i read you cant even put some ahci ssd in it.. ok fine buy some new nvms 1TB ssd, but NO.. now i read you cant disable the raid0.. wtf man? i buy some 3000€ laptop, now i have to spend another 1000€ for 2x 1TB ssd's even not sure if the system can work with the new ssd's?? absolute nogo
i wait to try for my self if i get the machine in my hands.. if i cant change it i will send it back to the shop..0 -

The laptop is advertised to run in RAID.

It's not to bad that's exactly what i'm doing putting two 512 m.2's in mine to get 1tb. I had what I think is a defective Samsung 970 when I tried the first time. It kept losing one in the raid set but the os and everything installed fine so I think it was just the drive. I'm expecting two intel 760p's tomorrow so I'll be installing them when I get home from work.
