My Acer Predator Helios 300 reached 99 Celsius degrees, again!

Dear Acer Community, 
I got even worse temps then before, my CPU reached 99 Celsius degrees even with Throttle Stop while playing Fortnite on customized settings: some of them were low and some of them were epic...
Because of these temps, I got a lot of stuttering FPS issues and low FPS :( Ive I7 7700HQ and a GTX 1060 6gb...
Any suggestions? It will mean alot for me :)

    I've found quite commonly heat increase issues arise from installing lots of programs and "maintenance" software that hog resources.

    Optimizing your windows and programs you've installed can mean the difference between 98 C and 75 C.

    1) I'm using my machine for about a year.
    2) Yes, it is always overheat while playing games from 85-99 degrees Celsius and my fingers are getting the heat and I am almost can't write or play games...

    [1] Does the fan seem at noticeably higher speeds when these temperatures are reached? If not, replace the fan. [2] Did you re-paste the CPU? Jack E/NJ

    Do you mean to do as you told on your windows optimization video?

    1)I dont think so... It reaches as always 6122RPM while doing the max option in Predator Sense... But I hear a loud fan noise while playing with max fan speed option... 2) I didn't re-paste the CPU.

    Then something's wrong if the tach monitor and your own ears don't seem to agree. 6000 rpm should make a lot of fan noise. What happens to temps and games if you try to force the fan to go full speed at full CPU/GPU loads? Jack E/NJ

    The real proof is your own ears! Does it actually sound as loud when the tach monitor reads 6000rpm and temps go above 95*C? Jack E/NJ

    I tested it with an app called "Sound Meter" and the average was 48db...

    If the fan is actually going full speed and the temps still go above 95*C, what kind of surface do you usually set the machine on? If heavily gaming, it should be on a flat hard level surface to maximize air flow. Never sit on a soft surface that could impede proper cooling. Jack E/NJ

    1) I think that the fan is going full speed and the temps are still can be above 95*C.
    2) It's on a flat wooden table- BTW should I use books to make the air flow available from the bottom?
