Here's my laptop's CPU idle% with no apps open including Chrome,Steam and all the game launchers, and ThrottleStop:

Yes thats the reason for your high temperatures. My laptop for example runs at 0% CPU idle.

While the CPU % for each program appears low in task manager, the multitude of small tasks running cause the high performance CPU to constantly be running and changing tasks which increases temps.

Check out this video as it shows how to optimize windows and how to disable task schedules and services.

You want to apply the above methods of disabling services and startup programs to include programs you've installed yourself.

Look for services that automatically update your software, make the programs start at boot and run in the background and disable them.

Things to disable from what I can see from your screen shot would be:

All the Acer start up task schedules for Acer Care, Acer Experience, PowerButton and Acer quick access.

Check for programs like iTunes/Bonjour, Chrome updaters etc and disable those as well. There's no need to have all of those running in the back ground as they will update manually when the app itself is open.

Then try following this video to help govern your CPU.

Give the two videos a try and report back.

Given your CPU runs at 55°C idle, that mostly indicates the CPU thermal paste must be replaced / redone correctly.

It helped me- with ThrottleStop and your windows customization I'm getting 1-2% CPU idle(without the Predator Sense opened) :)

Is there another way that can still help me? While gaming after these steps I'm getting 90*C...
  • You want to also disable other task schedules and services or apps you dont use.
Like disabling Acer Quick Access from task scheduler for example.

You should be able to get 0% idle usage with Predator Sense open.

Check for tasks and services for programs youve installed yourself as well.

I asked an Intel agent as well and he says that I need to clean the heat-pipes...
Shall I try to fix it myself, or it will be better to take my laptop into a lab?

Also, my "system" process is taking most of my CPU idle precentage, is there any way to reduce it?
Please take a look at the picture below-

No. System processes vary depending on what you or the machine are doing --- typing, moving the mouse, touchpad, touchscreen, receiving/sending  wifi info. And if you refer to the System Idle Process, it is the percentage of time the CPU is NOT being used. It's fine. Jack E/NJ

But can you help me answering this question?

If you're now consistently seeing less than 95*C with heavy gaming loads after the steps you taken earlier, this is not recommended because of the risk of creating collateral issues due to the physical disassembly involved. Jack E/NJ
