I have Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 (AMD Ryzen 5 )
THIS WORKED FOR ME.
1. Download NitroSense from Acer for your laptop model.
2. Extract it
3. Run Setup.exe
4. Go to NitroSenseV3.1 folder and install the file with name b6d27d...... or something (see screenshot).
This will add NitroSense in Start menu, from here you can access it.

I'm getting a general problem in my laptop ( Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42). I installed NitroSense application many times but I didn't find it in window menu. If you can help me then say how can I fix it?

Here is the solution,
As of 2020, the Nitrosense file name is changed to "604048bcc7ff4e078f77a3d59aaf2474"
First Download correct version of nitrosense to your model, Then extract it,
----> install the setup
After installation
--- >Open NitroSenseV3.1 folder
then
----> then click this file "604048bcc7ff4e078f77a3d59aaf2474"
and Launch..
