I have an 8-months Acer E 15, since a few days it keeps shutting down a lot while it's on battery power, my country doesn't have customer service so i don't know what to do.

    Hi,
Could you please post the full model name, did you open the back cover for any upgrades?

    Hi Xanastic,

Try the following and it might solve the issue. Worked for me. :)
1)Uninstall all the unwanted apps/software, chrome extension etc..
2)Make sure you don't have two or more anti-viruses working simultaneously in your laptop.
3)Most importantly, defragment your disks and optimize it. (I think this is what did the job for me).

    Thanks.
Let me know if it works.

Also, keep your windows updated always. Never delay the updates.

    Hi,
You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for a while before starting again.
