Trying to update my profile and register my product but Acer website keeps logging me out

It's been about 30 minutes now.. And it's still logging me out. Any solutions?

    If that doesn't work contact Acer support and they will sort this problem out for you.

    I am having the same problem with logging in to the Acer site, I cannot log into any part of it except for here on the Acer Community forums. I have even compiled a screenshot of my attempts. My product is already regeistered using the email address listed in the image I uploaded with my comment. But I need to change some information with my account such as my phone number on file and cannot do so with it kicking me off the site.

    I am in Singapore and I am able to login into the ACER community but to register your product you need to login there and ACER site keeps kicking me out ... what kind of website is it ? Being optimistic here, its a nice way to test your new customer’s patience ... Please do let me know once this is fixed so that I can register my product.

    Very true because same problem I had. To circumnavigate it, open your browser and head to Acer's website. Click the register my product button. Then your on your way for registering your product with Acer.
