Intel UHD Graphics 620 Problem..

No driver for Intel UHD 620 after win10 v1803 update.. Need update (24.20.100.6025) from acer now.. MY laptop Aspire E5-576g

    Yeah, the current acer intel driver is clearly not compatible, I had the exact same problem on my e5-576g

    I was able to get the official intel driver to install via the device manager, try the steps from my post here: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/570136/#Comment_570136

    The key thing is you need to install it via the 'have a disk' method

    Once I got the 6025 version installed I no longer get the code 43 error

    23.20.16.4901 not compatible with latest Windows 10 v1803..

    I dont need you to tell me where to download driver.. im not stupid like you.. i just want acer to give me intel graphic driver 24.20.100.6025 update that compatible with v1803

    It worked. Uninstall the device. Remove the driver in the process when the option to do so appears. Have the unzipped file ready in some folder. Restart the computer. After it starts the standard intel driver is installed automatically. Update the driver and pic the file you have downloaded already. it works fine here.

    Hmm, I was to optimistic. It worked for five minutes, then it stopped working. I rolled back the driver to the previous one (the one that didnt work to start with i guess, version 24.20.100.6136), and now it works again.
