I am sure that it is not driver problem. I check all contacts from Mic to audio controller and they are all OK. Controller is also OK, it works with external Mic.

Do you know if your machine originally came with 32-bit or 64-bit Win7 installed? Did you try both Win7 drivers? Did you check the driver file properties to see if any compatibility-mode installation options were available?  Jack E/NJ

If you think that microphone is problem, please send me some link where I can find that microphone with 4 pins. I tried to find it, but I have found just with 2 pins.

Did you also disconnect the charger? Jack E/NJ

I didn't think about the charger, but sometimes it is disconnected. So it can not be a problem.

Nevertheless, please make sure internal microphone listen properties are set to be always on in this microphone circuit (as opposed to microphone jack) as shown in red oval on the screenshot below. I am still not convinced your internal microphone is bad. If microphone's four wires and their connector leading to the mainboard are not broken, the only way to find out if the microphone module hardware has failed is to actually reset your machine to a factory-fresh Win7 home premium state. It is too risky to try to physically replace the microphone in this module at this point. Jack E/NJ

If you already tried the ALT+F10 cold boot reset from the hidden ACER Win7 home premium recovery partition, then yes either the microphone, its module or one or more of the 4 wires to the mainboard are broken. First I suggest testing wire continuity between the  4 bumps on the microphone module and the connector to the mainboard. Stick a pin or thin wire in each connector slot for a multimeter probe. If these wires are OK, then you should do a google general search and image search for an "electret microphone module" with the quotes as most have industry standard specs. Your module should have marks to indicate 2 outputs, power, ground. I can't find the specific ACER part number for the 3830TG internal microphone set but if you do a search for "acer microphone set" and "travelmate" with the quotes you may find one that matches your's that are also used in similar ACER laptops. I tried to search for microphone module, but I haven't had any success... I can't find module with 4 pins similar like my. Thank you very much JackE!

Check carefully the marks labelled above the solder bumps on your module. You may be able to use other electret modules by only using similarly marked bumps. However, it would probably be safest to try to find a complete "acer microphone set" for the "travelmate series" laptop. Jack E/NJ
