Hi!
I just got this monitor and I can't figure out why I can't get 144hz. I've tried with the included DVI-D cable (only got 60hz), with my old hdmi cable (i don't know wich version was it but i got 70hz only with it) and the included DP cable (75hz). I've tried to change the refresh rate in the monitor's menu but there isn't an option for that. Also if i change the settings to 1080p im stuck with 60hz on every cable. I've been browsing post about this issue but i couldn't find anything useful. Any help is well appreciated. Happy holidays! :)

PS.: I've also tried to do a custom resolution in the nvidia control panel, and i said at 120hz that everything is okay but when i saved it and closed the panel it didn't change a thing.

Specs:
GPU: GTX 1050 TI (I know, i know.. don't worry im plannig to upgrade)
CPU: Intel 4460
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B85M-HD3R4
RAM: 8GB Kingston 1866mhz

+In the monitors menu the DP thing is set at 1.2 not 1.1.

Read the entire link below first and check to see if you have XG270HUA.

    https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/533174/only-75-hz-on-acer-xg270aomidpx#latest

If you're unsure if you have HUA then you can contact Acer in your region.

Thanks for the reply!  Fun fact im also from hungary. This is what i've found: Model NO.: XG270HU Version: Aomidpx
Judging by the other article the Aomidpx should stand for the letter A after the HU part.
Once again thanks for the response and happy holidays!
