Hi,  our new Acer Aspire Z3-715 goes black for 2secs.  It has also, a few times, gone black and it will not come back on.  We  then have to shut it down with the power button.  It's happening everyday.

I updated the geforce driver, checked power settings...........first day using it brand new it started this.

Any suggestions?
