Wireless adapter works only in 5ghz and not in 2.4 ghz

Im using Aces Aspire V5-573G in windows 10.
Im having a problem with wifi connection in 2.4ghz. When Im connected it says Limitet or No acces.
In 5ghz works good.
I tryed updating my the drivers but no results.
I even tryed to change the hardware of the wireless adapter but same problem.

Have you tried rebooting the Modems/routers?
Shut down laptop, unplug modem and router, wait 30 seconds, plug in modem/ router, start laptop.
Install Wifi Analyzer to your phone and see how crowded the channel you're on is.

Go into your router and switch to a less crowded channel.
If it works good on 5GHz and no one needs 2.4, just use 5GHz, it's less crowded.

Thank you ...but Im always on the move and in my country everybody in their modem use 2.4 ghz.
But thank you anyway.Im going to try this in my home.
